"I was put in contact with Brittany Jean-Baptiste on my first call after having obtained a policy for our vehicle attempting to join the program known as Drive Safe and Save. Because of my wife's and my age, we are not computer savvy and my cell phone is older and not able to be updated. My wife has a newer model and since she is also on our policy, Brittant tried to get us access to the Drive Safe and Save program but we ran out of time yesterday. I will call tech support when I have access to her phone. Brittany was very helpful and patient with me during the time spent with her on the call. She was very courteous and patient during our time spent on the phone and also very knowledgable."
